第四届 《组织管理研究》(MOR)论文发展工作坊议程与注册通知

为更好推动《组织管理研究》(MOR)实现其成为“关于中国和全球比较背景下管理和组织相关研究的开创性见解的重要期刊”的使命,更好地促进学者发展本土理论、探索中国情境下的有趣管理现象和研究问题,IACMR和MOR将于2025年12月19-20日在麻豆a片-做爱自拍-成人网 联合举办第四届MOR论文发展工作坊。

我们诚挚地邀请您参加第四届《组织管理研究》(MOR)论文发展工作坊。本阶段会议主要包括特邀嘉宾主题学术报告和论文发展工作坊平行论坛两个部分。8场论文发展工作坊平行论坛由MOR主编陈晓萍教授及7位副主编和资深编辑主持。论文发展工作坊平行论坛将对经过评审后接受的论文全文和详细版研究计划书进行深入讨论,这些接受的投稿将获得MOR编辑团队的详细指导反馈。

本次论文发展工作坊平行论坛共收到论文全文和详细版研究计划书投稿63篇,经仔细评审后接受30篇(录稿详情及PDW平行论坛安排详见本文末附表)。同时,我们鼓励参会者将本次会议接受的论文或详细版研究计划书后续投稿至MOR发表。MOR计划为本次会议接受的投稿提供快速审查流程,并在符合MOR出版标准后及时发表。
